Definitely keep a dream journal. Like the others said, it might be disappointing not remembering at first, but after a while your recall WILL get better. The thing is, the more you INTEND to remember them, the more your subconscious will help you out and realize that dreams are important to you. Also keep an eye out for dream signs, or recurring elements in your dreams. These can help too, because sometimes when you cant remember your dreams, you can go through your dream signs in your head and try to recall if they were in it again. Most of the time, they are, and from there, you can connect the dots and recall the rest of the dream.
