Greetings
Hi All,
Just a quick post to introduce myself. I am 43 years old and living in the UK. I have some experience of lucid dreaming in the past, but not for a few years now. I found that I had most of my lucid, and more vivid if not quite lucid, dreams when I was keeping a regular dream journal. I have just started a new journal after a break of about 10 years and I hope that this may lead me to experiecing lucid dreams once again.
If I can find my old journal I may transcribe some of the entries here, but, in the meantime, I just wanted to say hi.
