Just making myself heard looking for some people to befriend

Hello there, I first learnt about lucid dreaming while taking a quiz and I couldn't believe there was such thing, I had always been curious and interrested in it but never really knew what to call it. I've controlled my dreams once or twice and i recently came back to a dream after being woken up but i want to perfect it. I think it's a very interresting and very rewarding experience and I'm going to work my way to the top. I need some advice to get myself started though. I'm going to begin a dream journal...what else can i do? I'm also looking for some people I can talk to regularly, anyone! I'm hoping to make some friends here who can share experiences and have the same interests at me. Lucid dreaming is one to begin with....! Name is Danica, but you can call me D

Welcome!! Try the Wake Back to Bed Method. Click the link in my signature. Aside from that, get accustomed to your dreams so that you will be able to recognize dream signs and remember them after you wake up. I think that dream recall and vividness of dreams are tied together, lucid dreams that is. The better recall you have the better ur dreams will be (more vivid that is).
