Everyone must have heard the "Old Wives tale" that cheese can give one Nightmares, but are there any foodstuffs that actually promote dreaming. I have heard that certain substances like Melatonin can increase the vividness of dreams but I would prefer to go with more "Natural Food " ingredients. Any advice. (Ps. Don't say Cheezwhiz or Red Cap Mushrooms). I was thinking more along the lines of "Herbal remedies" etc
Is Melatonin strictly for the "elderly" who are having trouble sleeping. I would not want to put myself in any danger.
