      Exclamation another newbieee here!! =]

hi there! I'm not usually active on the internet, often one of those invisible forums/blogs visitors lol. But DV is totally amazing and I've got so many questions about lucid dreams and all that, so i decided i should probably get an account and be involved in this community lol. =)

so um, i guess i had a few lucid dreams when i was young. i dun think i have them anymore. In fact, I barely remember any dreams when I wake up nowadays. I think that's because I sleep soo little these days (average 4 hrs, sometimes even no sleep at all ), especially this year when I'm a high school senior. sigh. But guess what, after finding out dreams can be that much funn, i started to urge myself to work faster so that i can go to bed earlier. So these few days I'm more efficient and my life is wayyyyy healthier!! BIG THANKS TO DV!!!!!

to DV, heyy! Don't mind Seis^^^, we're not all crazy here!

Yes, dreaming is an inspiration to get more sleep, which is good for both your dreams and your concentration during the day.

I'm glad you decided ot join. Have fun!

thanks again for all the welcoming =).

So I have taken the advice from most people on this forum and started a dream journal. I'm able to recall more dreams now (about 2 per night), but I realize many of my dreams are very complicated and dramatic. Sometimes they're combinations of japanese anime with hollywood action movies. Is this normal?

Great, a dream journal will help you a lot. I can't really help you with your question, as there isn't a "normal" for dreaming. They're all different for different people. Try using anime as a dream sign, all you have to do is reality check every time anime is seen, mentioned, thought about, etc. in real life.
