Heylo!
Heylo, i am shay! Sleep has been my best friend for awhile. I guess im fairly good at it. Ive always heard about lucid dreaming but i never really knew how or where to start. i was hoping to gain some insight not just from books or experts. No one i personally know is aware of lucid dreaming so i hope to learn from you guys.
