      A weird experience

One night I was having a dream about me and my father snowboarding. Then I missed a turn and launched off the edge. In that second I awoke and My body was shaking and I was all sweaty. Why did my body do this? was it some kind of reaction to the falling in my dream

Even though you are asleep, your adrenal glands are not. I suspect you had a whole load of adrenaline pumped into your bloodstream when you sent off the cliff.

Be happy though, that type of fear reaction almost always makes me lucid!

Hey, seeker, that's how i usually go lucid, is when i'm in the grip of a nightmare...although i can't always do much about it, last time, i was so frightened, the only thing i could think of to do was wake up!!
But hey, the intention was there...
