Hello everybody,

I am Jerald Ta... I feel great when I know this forum! Ex-admin PercyLucid is the person who refer this forum to me, but I forgot to put his name under Referral when I signed up..... and I don't know how to now. If you know how to, please help me

I have been always interested in Spirituality, Science Fiction, Dreaming etc. since a young age. But I only actively practised and digged into the subject for about 2-3 years now. When I had my first sleep paralysis with Intense Vibration! (I had Sleep Paralysis before... but not the Vibration)

I just practised Meditation for "real" for about 6 months now. And I will keep practising it as it brings me great insight!

I have several Lucid Dreams/Astral Projection Experiences since I practiced Meditation but I didn't think I did it until I talked to PercyLucid and I found information on this forum !

To tell the truth, help me so much !

I started my dream journal yesterday since I had a Lucid Dream/Astral Projection yesterday , and will keep it updated !

I enjoyed reading other people dreams too . I will start leaving comments when I passed by your dreams ^_^

Once again, greetings to everyone. Wish you enjoy this forum as much as I do ! And help out each other when in need ! And also excuse me for English is only my 2nd language !
