      Welcome

Apparently about 60% of the population has had some or other lucid dreaming experience.
In your case, it sounds like most of your dreams are lucid - which makes you what we call 'a natural'

Enjoy the site, it has a great community

One thing this I fint interesting is this spinning thing that ppl do here. I myself have never done this. From what i understand is that ppl do this to change the dreamscape in some way. I was just wandering if anyone does what i do. When i want to change something in a dream i will just shatter what i want to change. Its sorta like its made of glass and i break it into a million pieces. The I create whatever I want into its place. I can do this with just one objec t or the entire dreamscape. Does anyone else do this?

I've never tried that, but it sounds like a great technique.
Usually people step through mirrors or glass. Not break them
I'll definitely try that technique in future. Thanks for that

If you want to discuss it properly though, I suggest posting about it in the Dream Control section. A lot of people don't come into the newbie zone other than to welcome people
