hey. i have some crazy ass violent dreams. i'm joining this site to help control my dreams. i've been here before and have achieved lucidity many times. i want to share my fucked up dreams here and also help with teeth grinding. i grind the shit out of my teeth. i wear a mouth piece and have dreams of eating food. i know to do dream tests when i'm eating in RL but i always forget. so just need some guidance... is it possible to prevent tee grinding with lucid dreams? i would assume so

Welcome to DreamViews jollywingo! You know, I never thought of using lucid dreams to control external things like teeth grinding. I wonder what would happen if you WERE able to use eating as a trigger for lucidity, then just stopped eating in the dream, if your teeth would stop grinding in real life? Would be an interesting experiment.
