      Hello Everyone!

I just found this site and it looks like it has a friendly community and good tutorials. I am not the best at introductions, but I'll say some stuff about myself so you guys know what I already know so you guys can point me to the right tutorials and also just give some advice on what to do from here.
So I got into lucid dreaming about a year ago for a month but then dropped it for a reason I don't remember, probably because I didn't have much progress and gave up. So I had a 4 day weekend and decided to try and get into it again as I could sleep in and get more sleep to dream more.
So I know a moderate amount about lucid dreaming from learning about it before, and know about reality checks and dream journals. I also knew a bit about WILD but didn't do it because I was a little anxous about sleep paralysis, but I know a little about what it is.
I have had lucid dreams before and after looking at other guides on other websites (Mainly World of Lucid Dreaming) have had two different lucid dreams this weekend after doing a relity check in the dream. They were low level lucid dreams and I had no power, but knew that I was dreaming which was cool.

      So "Hello everyone!"
Look for me on the forums as this will be my main LD forum, and eventually I might be able to answer some questions people have too! (my new favorite emoticon)

Welcome! I'm sure if you stick around and keep at your reality checks and dream journal you'll be having some nice DILD's in no time. Read about and if you have any questions feel free to message me.

P.S. Sleep Paralysis isn't that bad

Welcome to Dream Views! Hope you enjoy it here. Congrats on the lucids!

      Welcome
      Induction Methods and Techniques

Also, if you want to keep track of your progress, get some tips and get help in choosing a technique, you can join the Intro Class. And like Phased said above me, there's no need to fear sleep paralysis. It's completely normal and it will only be scary if you expect it to be scary.

      See you around!
