Hi,

I live in The Netherlands and have had a passing interest in lucid dreaming and dreaming in particular for some years now, and am trying a variety of methods to find the right one for me.
Came across this forum and decided to join in. I'll be lurking around for a bit to get a feel for the forum while looking for tips and advice.

I am currently able to remember anywhere between 2 and 6 dreams a night now when I really try. When I have the time I record these in a dream diary. I've been trying Vitamin B6 and Melatonin on and off, as well as bin-aural tracks and sometimes combinations (either melatonin and sound or B6 and sound as I have yet to research interactions between B6 and Melatonin).

I have had some lucid 'flashes or skips' but they haven't lasted very long yet. I do feel that I'm close to finding a switch of some sort though so I want to intensify my efforts and research a bit, trying also to stay as safe as possible.
