New to this but not LDs

I've been a Lucid dreamer almost my entire life, and I did it all without knowing other people could LD and figured everything out on my own, and I guess this made me stronger at it because I can completely control dream characters and also make things appear and disappear and travel around the world just by wanting to be there. My problem is that I don't dream every night and I was wondering if people here can help me figure out how to dream every night. Also, I lucid daydream every day and I can do this at will without closing my eyes, and wondered if this is normal. I usually daydream about politics and the future and also about girls a lot if anyone wondered.
