Hi all, short introduction:

I had a (very) small bit of experience with lucid dreaming in the past, but a year ago I was suffering from bad sleep quality plus a sleep pattern that was often basically identical to the WBTB-method due to some issues, and I started experiencing a lot of hypnagogic hallucinations and also lucid dreams. I registered here to learn how to improve my lucid dream experiences but never got around to reading/participating on the forums, although I did keep having 1-2 LD's a week. They are quite short and often unstable but feel wonderful, so I look forward to learning more about lucid dreaming and reading about others' experiences and sharing mine.

I also would like to say I think these forums are really great, there is so much information on them. I first read a few threads around a week ago and since then I've had 3 LD's, and in 2 of them I used tricks I just learned about. Before, I only had some vague knowledge of how to induce LD's, but no real idea what you could actually do in them; unless there were people nearby I usually just walked around admiring the dream landscape/objects...
