Introduction

Hi all, Originally from France, lived in South America (saludos!) and now in New York. I first learned about Lucid Dreaming in the early nineties and I think I even subscribed to LaBerge's newsletter for a while. I did not go as far as buying the contraption (I think there are different names for it) but did do the exercises for a while. Now, I feel like I'm starting all over again. First step is keeping a dream journal---I've been using my Ipod recorder to tape a few words in the middle of the night so I can jot down the dream recollection in the morning. I look forward to hearing about other people's experiences, successes and failures. I'm truly amazed at the professionalism of this site. I don't think there is anything like it. Belvezet
