Thread: Newbie here & my experiences... Blah!

well im here cuz me and my boyfriend just watched a movie on lucid dreaming. and we started talking about it and i told him about a few dreams i've had and realized that i've had lucid dreams and didnt even know it. haha.

as a kid i've always had really bad nightmares. like the most horrible dreams you could possibly have, very violent and dark. I dont know why... i've had a normal childhood, etc. But yeah my father always told me to not be afriad and if i practiced enough i can controll my dreams.

so yeah i haven't perfected it i guess. sometimes i'll still have a nightmare.

So yeah im just here to learn more about this and explore i guess.

Lucid dreaming can be a very good tool to fight nightmares, but it has so many more uses you can answer to your every whim in one, it really is amazing. There are people here who like to fly, some who do it for inparation and even some who just like to explore thier dreams. Enjoy your stay here.

i watched "waking life" real good movie. it was funny cuz when i was watching it i was all.... i've had dreams like that.
i think my boyfriend got kinda jealous cuz he wants to have a lucid dream. lol. im for sure gonna show him this site!
