Why not do one of these

Hello everyone, im not too good at introductions so try to stay with me here. My name's Mark and i've been learning about lucid dreaming for a few months now. I've been scouring the internet for lots of different tips and trick to induce lucidity and i stumbled upon this forum so i decided to register.

I first discovered lucid dreaming after taking part in a long conversation on paltalk where this topic came up. One of the people who was online decided to record an extract from the film waking life. This got me really interested so i decided to start researching.

I've had 1 lucid dream so far but i wasn't recording them when i had it so I can't remember what happened.

I'm hoping to get to know you all in the future, this looks like a pretty good forum

      Welcome, Welsh!

In the research forum, you'll find a couple of topics where Placebo and I are working on a REM detector that will help provide external dreamsigns during REM sleep. Could be helpful in the future.

So, if I may ask, how do you "record" a lucid dream?

      Again - Welcome Aboard!

      Welcome to DreamViews Mark

Glad you're logging your dreams in a journal, that's the first step to more lucidity

Duh! Sorry! That should have been self-evident.
