      Hello! New to the forum

      Hey,
I’ve been a regular visitor to Lucid Views sense around July. I haven’t had all that much success though with lucid dreaming, so I signed up in hopes of being adopted , and maybe learn some new things about LD’s that will help me achieve them more regularly.

I’ve been invloved in lucid dreaming for about a year now. I’ve kept a regular dream journal, do RC’s, and I’ve read Stephen LaBerge’s Exploring the World of LD, but I’m only have about an average of two LD’s a month , and I would like the reach my goal of about two a week. Any advice?

      Heya, Rant man!

Uh, my best advice? Sleep, a LOT. More sleep means more dreams, and more dreams means a higher probability of going lucid. I've probably slept a good five hours more than usual this weekend, and as a result, I went lucid last night, whereas otherwise, I probably wouldn't have.

      Just keep tryin', man! Gambatte!
