      Greetings everybody!

      Hi all,

I have just joined up and I'll introduce myself a bit.

I'm Paulo, from France, and I discovered this highly interesting activity known as lucid dreaming a few months ago. After a little research, I understood it was no bullshit, in the sense that many serious people were interested in it (you never know ... ).
So I tried a couple of technics, unsuccessfully. Recently, without any voluntary act, I had two short LDs which were, as you obviously know, very exciting!

So I'm here now, hoping to improve and be able to explore this so very rich and thrilling world, that is, my own mind

All kidding aside, this might be a revealing (yet confusing) experience.

      Happy to be onboard!

For French readers, this resource might be of some help:

      Hi everyone,

It seems that this thread is to introduce oneself. So, here I am
Glad to have found such a exciting forum about lucid dreaming.
I'm less than beginner: I never had LD, but it is a lot of time that I try... I read the LaBerge's book. My first encounter with the world of dreaming is with the books of Carlos Castaneda (but my interest date back to Freud's works that I read some time ago).
In particular, I was intrigued by the Castaneda's technique in his "The Art of Dreaming". From that book I moved to the LaBerge's one and form that book to Google and from Google... here I am.

My nickname is drawn from a movie by Cronenberg. It dealt with alternative reality too, like LD.
