Hey dreamers. How's it going? Somehow I was led to your forum, and it felt right to join. I've been recording dreams almost daily for over five years after learning about lucid dreaming. Since then, I have had a good handful of LDs, dozens of truly epic dreams, and several precog moments. I would like to step up the regularity of the LDs (at present, once or twice a month) and general awareness of my waking life. This community looks like the place to develop these skills. It's been an experience, these last few years, and I can't wait for more. Methods I use: - I have little reality check post its scattered around my place at eye level and on my computer desktop. The effectiveness of these hasn't been great, but I am now beginning to take then more seriously while awake to translate it into dreamstate. - I have tried WBTB, DILD, DEILD, MILD... and more. All techniques have worked at least once, but not regularly. My greatest successes have been after long dry spells - going in without expectations. The only things I have not tried are vitamins. It is nice to meet you all.
