      Dream Meanings

Does anyone think there is any realation between maybe like, digging up your dreams and trying to get the meaning of them and like, maybe being able to recall them or even become lucid better? Just something I was thinking about the other day. Because I was actually interested in dream meanings before lucid dreaming, that's how I stumbled upon it. So I was just curious what people thought.

Well yeah I guess tht was pretty confusing, I was just wondering if maybe like, finding the meanings of your dreams and just thinking about them more in that way would possibly help to acheive lucidity in some way or another.

      Hi,

I'm just a beginner. Well... It's a lot of time that I deal with dreams, but I never had a lucid one.

I think that if your waking life refers frequently to dreams, that would help lucid dreaming too. One of the technique suggested in the books is to ask oneself "Am I dreaming?" in many occasions during the day. Thinking about the meaning of dreams in general is similar to asking if one's dreaming, thus it would help lucis dreaming.

Your questions is interesting and can be interpreted in another way too: searching the meaning of the dream while the dream is running and one is lucid. How to understand the dream's meaning? Just by asking directly to it it when one is lucid! That would be great.
