      hey...I'm new here....

      My name's Jeremy. I'm very interested in lucid dreaming. This site looks really cool and helpful because I know lucid dreaming is not a one-time thing.

      You're right about that! You have to have a LD many times to get benefit from it! The thing I recommend you start doing to have one is write in a DJ!

      yeah you're right.....I'm not all that good at remembering my dreams....I used to could remember them pretty well but I guess in the past year or two it really kind of slowed down....but I can remember them from time to time

      Try keeping a DJ. It should help you remember a bit better. Also morning meditation b4 you get up really helps!

      Welcome from a newbie like you.
      I keep a dream journal too, as suggested in the other posts. For me it works quite well in dream recalling and I'm working on lucid dreaming.
