      Hi all

Just dropping a little post to say hi and introduce myself a bit. I joined because I experienced my first lucid dreams quite recently, they have been VERY short , I mean "Whoa Im dreaming" *awake*. Anyway I have been psycho fascinated now and here's to hoping I can learn to achieve and stay in a lucid dream without fluke. I wont be much help to others yet obviously but I will leech information from the rest of you

Hey there. Welcome to Dreamviews fist of all. You are alredy a step ahead of most noobies beacse you cna lucid dream ( even if they are short) My advice is to try to stay very calm once you realize you are dreaming. Just observe everythign aroudn you to make it "solid" and just STAY CALM.

      Hi h0ju,
I had a similar experience: just a fragment of lucidity. Few seconds or less, then gone...
Actually, it was a sort of nightmare, thus I had a good reason to exit
