      the fear..

I'm disappointed .. so many work for.. nothing . Last night i've had a nightmare which later transformed in something beautiful but however.. when i recognizet for first time that i'm dreaming.. i woke up i recognized i'm dreaming because i didn't believe that i'll die... can the fear can be used for a dream sign..

yes, i think the fear can be used as a dreamsign. Because if you recognise that fear within a dream, then you can also realise you are dreaming and perform a reality check.
The fear is a key to the fact that it's only a dream, and there is nothing to be scared of!

Don't be disappointed--for goodness sakes, you've got a whole lifetime to figure this out! And, yeah, not fearing death is definitely a sign that you're dreaming (unless, y'know, you're really weird in waking life).

Hang in there. All but one of the times I've become lucid I've woken up almost immediately. It's just something on which to work.

Stick with it and try not to put too much pressure on yourself.

I think nearly anything has the potential to be a dream sign, you just have to figure out how it's significant to you.
