      Touch

I recently had another lucid dream (im getting better at controlling them each time) whenever I would touch something, a mild tingle went through my hand, kind of like one of those hand buzzers clowns and stuff use. This is the first time it's happened. then, when I tried to strike up a converationo with somene standing beside me, I woke up. I guess I got to confident and lost my concentration. I wanted to know if anyone else knows about this tingle I had avery time I touched something.

Hrm...I haven't experienced that, although usually, in my dreaming state, everything feels sort of heavy. Maybe it has something to do with your body being numb?

Hmmm, a tingle I cannot say that I have experinced that sensation before. It could be that your mind is nto used to knowing you are dreaming at that everything aorudn you is nto real, so the tingle is somethign your brian is tryign to work out that will evently develpoe into normal feeling. I suppose It is just what you exspected to happen, so your mind feuffiled your wish. Tell yourself that you will nto fele the tingle if you do not wnat it anymroe and it should cease

Thanks for all your opinions. I really want to study lucid dreaming and ive printed off lots of info from this site, but im still having trouble remembering my dreams after I wake up, and I know thats one of the first steps.

      Hi!
You're right: don't be too excited otherwise the rush to remember a dream would actually hinder your dream recall. Relax and when you wake up, just be there, without moving, letting any thought emerge by itself: these thoughts are lilely connected to the last dream and it would pop up.

As to the tingle sensation, it seems to be a sort of reality check that you execute without being aware. A subconscious act in a lucid world?
