I don't think it gets in the way of dreams and lucid dreaming...it just means that with working nights your REM phases will be different to the rest of us, and that's what you need to work out. |

Hello there! I've stumbled onto this great site after wanting to learn more about lucid dreaming. I didn't even know there was a term for this until I told a friend that I had a dream where I was fully aware it wasn't real (this has only happened once and wasn't very interesting!) |

Welcome. Your long work shifts shoudl not hinder dreams. They coudl if the thought of work stresses you out so much that you do nto get a good night's sleep. BUt if you stay relaxed and pacient, you will succeed. |
