      Hi there!

Hi everyone! I got some information about LD from this forum and I finally decided to make an account. Although I know many concepts, I'm still a beginner and I'll probabily need some advice (I have a bad dream recall lmao). I hope we'll get along well!

Welcome to Dreamviews, Andrew1139! To help with dream recall, you can set a mental intention to remember your dreams every night. Before you go to sleep, repeat to yourself with as much meaning as possible that you remember your dreams in vivid detail or something like that that carries meaning with you. Also, keeping a dream journal and writing down every dream you have, even when you wake up from on in the middle of the night. Record dream fragments, as well as any feelings that you've had a dream like if you wake and think you dreamed of something but you aren't sure, write it down anyway. This will train your mind to think of dreams as being more important and will in turn help you to have a better dream recall.

      Good luck!
