Can I do a WILD anytime during the day as long as I had some sleep at night? By the way I'm new here so hi everyone!

What IS a WILD anyway? I hear people talking about them, but have no clue what they are!

Welcome
The best way to do a WILD is by sleepinh first so your REM cycles will be longer. Read the tutorial beacse ti will contain more than you even wanted to know

I'm getting rather annoyed with WILD. >.<
I've been at it for a while now every night when falling asleep and yet I always drift off, heh.
Practice, practice, practice...and more patience would help too I suppose. :sweat2:
