      Is this a problem?

I took that one lucid dreaming MP3 thing.. but it didn't work. Is that a problem? I hope that this doesn't keep me from lucid dreaming, because I really want to!
Well... I have nothing to say.

I have no idea what mp3 your talking about but im fairly sure it wont keep you from lucid dreaming. There are many different lucid dreaming techniques, most can be found on these forums. Firstly you cant expect techniques to work first time, try spending a week or 2 on a single technique or a mixture of tech's. Secondly if one technique doesnt work for you then move onto another until you find one that does, the more time you spend reading up on dreaming and remembering your dreams the more chance you have of becoming lucid.

Thats not a problem at all. Most of the people here do not get lucid through mp3s. First of all you have to eb able to remebr at leats one dream each night. HOw is your dream recall? Then the best way is to try reality checks and methods. Here is a link to the tuotiral page, please read it, it will offer you so much informaiton on being Lucid. And if you need any help after you read it PM me
