Thread: Greetings all!

I have known about lucid dreaming for a long time, however, I started a serious effort at it about 5-years ago. I have had mixed results; however, I am not giving up. As I see it, there is so much potential in lucid dreaming it is worth the effort even if my results are inconsistent.

Even without lucid dreaming, I have kept a dream journal for at least 25-years. Not to mention, there are things from my waking life that I have experienced that has fostered my belief in things that do not necessarily have a scientific explanation.

Thanks for accepting me into your community! I am happy to see that a site like this exists!
