Lucid dreaming is one of my favorite pastimes for as long as I can remeber. I learned how accidentally at about seven after a string of terrible nightmares. It was necessary for me to sleep at that point. If the realisation of dreaming had not occured, it's very likely that there would still be many nights of waking in cold sweats, not to mention a serious complex.

Dreams are interesting creatures. Mutable, adaptable, ever foward/backward moving. I love them. What you can create in your dreams can sometimes counterbalance a series of bad occurences so much that one can be happy while the world crumbles to dust around them. They are amazing creatures.
