Constantly thinking about lucidity will bring you to lucidity simply because the concept/topic will be active in your subconscious. |

Recently ive been talking and thinking about dreams and lucid dreams quite a bit, its always at the back of my mind. And only recently have I had any degree of lucidity in my dreams (albeit small, but ive only just started) or remember them. So Ive come to the conclusion that talking and thinking about them a lot can help to obtain lucidity or remember them. |

I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

Absolutely agree. The more you keep dreams in the forefront of your thinking, the more likely you are to recall your dreams, and to have lucid dreams. |

I definitely agree too. My personal experience is that after few days of being here, I had my first fragment of lucid dream. I think that reading, posting and thinking about LD was the cause. |

Another vote for "it definitely helps". Unfortunately my friends just look at me weird when I talk to them about dreams, so I have to do so online. |

Yeah, well, as you may have noticed, things that are on your mind a lot often show up in dreams. Perhaps if you preoccupy yourself with lucidity, you'll be more prone to becoming lucid. There's a lot of other stuff that's involved, of course, unless you happen to be a natural -- and even then, a WBTB every now and then certainly doesn't hurt -- but getting your mind set on it is a good way to get started. |
