Hello,

I've been practicing lucid dreaming for 3-4 years on and off. Had LDs daily when i had a good sleep schedule and general mindfullnes troughout my days. Currently sitting on a few per week, but ususaly on the shorter side.

Hoping to get back to the practice since my sleep schedule will get corrected by getting up consistently for work over the summer (college really doing me dirty on this one).
