      I am new here...

Hey all, I am new here. Just wanted to say Hi. I started Lucid dreaming a long time ago. Once I found out I could do it, I did it all the time. I started to have sleep paralysis before falling asleep when I started to really get into lucid dreaming. I don't like that feeling at all, so it scared me into stopping, and I am looking to start again. I had a lot of fun. Glad to be here!

Hi there! I'm new today too..

Weirdly (or probably typically - don't know much about it yet!) I got into lucid dreaming through bouts of unsettling sleep paralysis. Be cool to exchange experiences.. I just put up with it now!

      All the best
      Chris

Welcome Forsythia!!! Glad you are here too!

Don't let Sleep paralysis scare you out of lucid dreaming. It can not hurt you in any way. There is a tone of info around about SP.
