hey guys, great site here. Very helpful and such. well i've only just heard about lucid dreaming a couple days ago so i figured i would give it a try. I'm still trying to work on the whole dream recall thing. i woke up in the middle of the night to jot down some notes about my dream. when i woke up the next day i saw that i had written "Gas station and finding nemo" so i think i have a long ways to go before i can recall

anyone got any tips for a newb for recalling dreams and stuff?
