      Good Evening

      Hello everyone.

I stumbled upon this site from another forum that was having a lucid dream discussion. I read through the site and couldn't help myself but sign up to the forum. I can see reading a bunch of information and getting lost being very easy and resulting in my giving up of lucid dreaming. But, with a forum, I can come back here and get advice and techniques that may work better than others.

I have always been interested in dreams. I think it is this fascination that has always allowed me to be very good with recalling my dreams. Not a morning has gone by in my 26 years, except maybe the first 6, that I don't remember my dreams from the night before.

Anyways...enough about me. I can't wait to practice and tryout the techniques and share my success or failure at these attempts.

Hmm...I probably should have posted more about the dream remembering. Most of the time, I remember at least 2. On occaision there is a little vague memory of a 3rd or 4th, but I usually just attribute that to the tail end of the 2nd.

Thanks for the welcome. I will definitely keep that Dream Journal updated every day.

thats a great start. you are about ready for reality checks now. you can read more about those in the tutorial.
a great way to remeber dreams is to right when you wake up, just keep still and try to remember your dreams from the night and i find i can usually remember about 3. if you only remeber a part of a dream, try to think "what happened before that" and work your way back
i have a new love for explosions
