Hiya, Starlite, and welcome! |

As far back as I can remember ive always had trouble falling asleep....I could lay in bed for hours just trying to turn my internal dialogue off so I could drift off to sleep. I have 'Initial Insomnia' and its really been a problem, but here recently I figured out that if I try to imagine what I want to dream about and ONLY imagine that - I find sleep alot faster than I used to. I started journaling and really started to actually pay attention to my dreams...I love it!! Why have I not been doing this all along? Well a few nights ago I think I had a Lucid Dream - I know I did - The first one for me...that i can recall. |
