I was introduced to these lessons for the first time last night. (Hopefully there are users familiar with these) The experience I had for my first time using this system was moderately pleasant. I was able to wake at almost every number the speaker had stated, and remembered the dream I had in between each stated number. Sadly I didn't keep a dream journal for these 15 or so dreams. And now I can only remember two.
I'll describe the two. In one, I was driving in a vehicle. I had a third-person view of myself, and I was racing two friends in a digital-looking world. One of my friends said \"So this is what a videogame is really like!\". And I awoke.
In another dream, I saw two shadowlike and thin figures. Distoring and twisting themselves. They also had faint white eyes.
Any opinion on these dreams?
During the beginning of the lesson, the speaker tells you to relax your body, gradually from head to toe. I was able to do this, and by the time relaxation was finished, I felt like I was floating on air. Is this what's supposed to happen?
Hello and welcome darkstar!!!!
I am familiar with these. I have four Cds. Not all pertain to Lucid dreaming.
When you awake from a dream if you want to recall it with ant significance at all you need to write them down. Begin a dream Journal! Just write down the major events of the dream. recall of the rest will probably follow.
I have had little luck myself with these tapes. That does not mean they can't work for you or someone else.
The whole concept is to get both hemispheres working in sync with one another. Who is to say that their audio sounds will work for all brain chemistry. And as far a s that goes, what if you are already "in sync"?
