Thread: Help!!! :(

I am having problems maintaining an LD. Last night i did a RC and i found out I was lucid and the second i did the RC and found out I was LDing i woke up
can you please help,

P.S. when i found out i was in an LD i said stay calm but I lost it

First of all, awesome job on having an LD!!m I find that if i focus on something from the dream, it stabilizes and i can stay Lucid. Try focusing on one object.

Thanks for the help. There is one problem... Everything went very fuzzy and hard to see and then i felt myself wakeing up but next time i'll do that

That exactly happened to me in my first lucid dream, just keep trying. Mi first LD happened in about 3 secconds hahaha, I remember saying wow this is a lucid dream and then everything was dark and I was awake, but a week later or so I had the second LD that last for about 15 minutes and was sooo good.

So keep trying and dot´t be disapointed, you almost complete the hard part of this.

Also, it might be an idea to try spinning on the spot or rubbing your hands together. I feel the use of the senses helps me stay in a dream.
