Hai people. I am new here and I would like to know some things:

-Would learning to meditate be of a great asset to have better dream recal/ LD's ? And self-hypnotise? Allthough that sounds a bit to exteme to me.

-Can you adopt a dream-sign. Like if you do RC's everytime you see orange, would you see it in dreams more often or would it be a good idea at all?

-Is there a way to improve my dream recall? I allready started a Dream Journal =) But man, I have a horrible dream recall, I allmost have the feeling 'I never dream'. Recently I have had 2 dreams in one night, a new record =)
Maybe I am trying to hard to remember (and telling me to remember in the evening)

-If I sleep less then 8 hours a night and I fell crap in the morning, does that reduce my chance of dreams(recall)/LD's?
