I read about dream recall last night before I went to bed, in hopes of remembering more. I woke up between REM's and wrote down my dreams. I remembered all of them quite vividly. I find dream recall quite effortless. I had about 3 dreams, i woke up after each one. Each dream had about 2-3 different events in each one. I wrote them down in a journal, and after reading it, I remembered even more. I usually remember my dreams anyways, so I think I seem to be dialed in to my dreams. Do I need to have any other skills in order to have a lucid dream. |

Welcome to DV, liquid tension. As Barbizzle said, check out the Tutorials and see if one of the methods there might help you out. The biggest thing, I've found is learning how to tell the difference between being awake and being asleep (obviously). Reality checks are helpful in that area, and if you can remember to do those wholeheartedly, that could help you out as well. |
