      A lucid starter kit?

Does anyone have any tips on how to begin to experience lucid dreams?? One of my friends claims he does it all the time. Also there is a guy on another sites forum ( www.postadream.com ) That had one but he could use your info too.
      Thanx,

lucid starter kit, i think a starter kit is just the basic facts u dont really need anything to lucid dream, and glad a friend of a lucid dreamer who told u bout lucid dreaming u didnt think they crazy lol, u can read some of the tutorials (i think u should do do reailty check easy and simple and quick and effective sometimes...) or if ur lazy like me browse though a few of em, but if ur dream recalls crap try makeing a dream journal u can even make one on here and private entries for em too. And welcome to dream views
