Herkimer "Diamonds"

I have heard that this special form of quartz crystal called a Herkimer Diamond supposedly works wonders at improving dream recall. I have not personally tried it, but I know people from other forums who have used the crystal and have had great success. Google it

Way to be helpful and open-minded. It's not 'power of suggestion', although yes, power of suggestion really can be a powerful thing. This is something completely different. If you absolutely can't restrain yourself, and you feel the burning need to express your disdain for such things, please keep it to the Religion and Spirituality forum. Anyway, I've worked with stones for many years. Herkimer diamonds can indeed help you improve dream recall, as well as provide guidance for a number of other things. Can you prove that it isn't anything other than the power of suggestion? Can you prove that my statement that it is the power of suggestion is wrong? Can you show that my statement that it is the power of suggestion was either A) off topic or B) Anything other than a valid reasonable response to the statement made? Was my post offensive or personally insulting in any way? Please show me EXACTLY where my post was in violation of the rules - exact quote, please. Otherwise, it looks to me like you're attempting to suppress any opinion that isn't in strict compliance with your own. Which is the definition of fascism. Funny how that works, huh?

It's not necessary for anyone to 'prove' anything to you. The is the Newbie Zone, not Philosophy or Religion/Spirituality. I'm not suppressing your opinion by any means, I'm just asking for a little more consideration. If you don't believe in such things, or if you think they are stupid, that’s fine. But there was really no need to post in the thread in a demeaning manner toward those that do. I guess I just don't understand why you bothered. *shrug* Oh well. Anyway. If you think it will happen, it probably will. This is especially true of dreaming where, quite literally, it's all in your head.
