      cognitive tweak signing in..

I stumbled onto this site with the firefox stumble upon extention. it looks great. i've done some site design in the past and rank this one top quality in every aspect. i like the non-new age hippy approach. great work!

After having read through the info pages, i got really interrested on the subject. i've had around a dozen lucid dreams in my life which i vaguely remember. most consist of me flying around like superman. but three out of the dreams were so extremely lucid in both reality and perception, that i consider them the best psycedelic experience i have ever had, far beyond and form or recreational drug inducement. I'd do anything to re-experience. the funny thing is, one of them happened only a few day ago. thats probably why this site struck my attention. going to make this into a new hobby. try win 8 hours/day of my life back hehe.

The reality testing technique sounds like fun. migh even have some minor cognitive impact. but i'm especially fond of the "Increasing Dream Realism" tut posted by Eric Estrada. I believe this might work best for me. concentrating on sences and awarness in the real word is not my strongest point. doing so migh increase my dream perception and higher the chance to lucid dream. even if it doesn't, i will still have benefit from it in other areas.

But my main stategy for now is that i will keep reading the forums to keep lucidity on my mind. i will try not to post untill i experience another lucid dream. untell then - tweak.

The mind is like a body of moving water
In entropy, it is chaotic. the dirt is stirred up
we cannot see what is at the bottom of it
When it gets calm, the dirt sinks down
we see clearly but the dirt remains
