      new to this...

Hi, I'm new to the idea of Lucid Dreaming, but I'm really trying to make it work.

Before I came across the idea, I was able to recall 1 dream a week or fewer. The first night I practiced recall, there was one. This continued for 2 more nights. On the third night, I recalled 3. I'm going into my fourth night now.

I just wanted to know: am I on track? At this rate, when am I going to have a lucid dream?

I've been using MILD, because it seems to be working for me.

The most recent dream I had, there was a dreamsign: my gal snoring. I didn't recognize it as a dreamsign at the time, but I feel that I will next time. I really that sign works out.

hey, Welcome to Dream views You are right on track, continuing to retain your dream memories and doing RCs and MILD. There is no way to tell when someone will have a Lucid Dream. Just take you time and work and be patient. I have noticed that most people have at least one Lucid Dream within two weeks.

      Welcome to DV, Vystral

As Barbizzle said, there's really no way to tell how long it's going to be before you have a lucid dream. Everyone's different, as some have one their first night, while others may take 3 weeks (like myself) or more. In all honesty, if you just keep doing what you're doing and continuing to do RCs on a regular basis, you will have one, no doubt about it.

If there's anything specific we could help you with feel free to let us know. We're more than happy to help
