Thread: How can i learn to avoid unpleasant dreams ??

I wish to get a skill so that I can avoid having unpleasant dreams.
I am not sure how I can learn this, but I hope some of you know that?

( I have never hade lucide- dreams, so I hope that I can avoid unpleasant dreams in my situation? Can I learn this avoidance easily and fast, you think? )

Be happy. Happiness is the key to alot of things. Are you a depressed person? Have alot of stress? Diff. things could be causing you to have bad dreams. Just always know you are going to have good dreams.

I do not know if you can totally avoid having unpleasant dreams. Everyone does on occasion.

I would suggest that you learn how to have Lucid dreams, then, if you find a dream unpleasant, you can just change it or end it.

I suggest Lucid dreaming, anyway, if you can learn how to obtain control of your dreams you can wake yourself up if you dont enjoy it or change it around to an enjoyable dream.
