Does your body get rested during a WILD?

I have a quick question, when you're doing a WILD, does your body still get sleep? Or is all that sleep lost due to your consciousness?

Your body still gets all the rest it needs. Dreams still allow your mind to rest itself and organize, i don't think the content matter, or if you have control. You are physically getting everything you do in a normal sleep situation.

Yeah, you get sleep!! Why do you think you start off in SP during this time? Your body will start sleeping b4 you do (if it is a WILD).
