      Almost WIlded!!

      Heyy guys this night... I woke up and tryed to do a wild... I just puted my self in a confortable position...and about 3 to 4 seconds... I had felt sleep paralasys!! but... as I was so excited I couldn't remember what to do next... so... I just went normal again

      Okay, when you get into sleep paralysis, you should be getting some really good, really clear hypnagogic imagery and sounds. concentrate in a detached way on a particular image, and try to build something around it...repeat to yourself 'i am dreaming, i am dreaming, maybe counting at the same time.
      It might take a few trys at this to really get it. The more you try, the further you'll get with your counting. And then eventually, you will find that you are actually dreaming, and lucid.
