      Hello

Hey, im new here also, hi everyone! I havent had any lucid dreams at all yet, (well, none I can remember). At the moment i'm just trying to improve my dream recall.

Hiya, open! I know I sent you a welcome message via PM, but welcome again anyway.

As you may have already learned, one of the best ways to improve your dream recall is to start a dream journal. As you are lying in bed trying to go do sleep, repeat to yourself "I will awaken after I dream, and I will remember my dream". Then make sure you have a notepad or something handy so that you can write down whatever you remember as soon as you wake up. It may take a few days, or even a couple weeks of trying before you see a lot of results, but keep at it. Once you start writing things down, you'll probably find that the dream memories will start coming faster and in greater detail.

Good luck, and don't be afraid to ask questions!
