Thinking and dreaming

I dont know how but I usually dream about whatever I was thinking about before I went to sleep. Its been really interesting cause it almost always works. Can anyone else do that?

Yep, Everybody can do this with practice. It is called dream incubation. If you can already do it, you can use ti to lucid dream. Just think about having lucid dreams as you fall asleep.

Check out the tutorial on Dream Incubation in the Tutorials forum. I haven't had much success with it, personally, but everyone's different. Also, I'd take a look at dream re-entry as sometimes those two can coincide. -Amé

In your case if you can perform this so readily you can use it as a tool to ask your subconscious questions. There are a bunch of benefits to being able to do this. Awesome!
